Wish I could give them zero stars. While waiting for a pickup from Kia Roadside Assistance this company was assigned. They called me from a blocked caller ID to try to convince me to lie to the automated system to say they had arrived even though they had not. When the system call came I told the truth, which put me straight back through to Kia. The representative at Kia spoke with them and they were rude to her. I canceled them altogether, and waited all over again for a different company.
