Only put one star because I couldn't submit it with 0 stars.
Changed drop off date/times. Arrived 6.5 hours late. Ending up driving pass the Toyota dealer where I was waiting. Said they couldn't turn the truck around and then drove my car to me. Stopped on other side of a six land highway and asked me to walk across the busy road, speed limit 55 mph. I said no, just bring it to this side of the road.
Brought car to my side of the road. Wanted a ride back to truck. I said no, because I don't know you. I told them this before they drove the car to me. I paid the driver and he said he was going to take my car and go somewhere. I said no.
He called me crazy. I drove off.
