The carrier has made multiple claims of breakdowns. Over 6 days late now. This carrier says our customers vehicle has been at their yard in Ohio. They will not give out physical address. 412 miles from their yard to delivery. They say it has been in transit from their yard 3 days ago, still not delivered. Now driver had to take mandated sleep break. I would say never to use this carrier if you care about your customers and their vehicles.

Fantastic service, and very honest. A simple mistake with an EZ Pass resulted in charges to me, which were reimbursed swiftly without question. My daughter's interaction with her driver was pleasant and professional. A great company with great people!

My new $40K soft top convertible car was delivered with obvious visible signs of being driven/plowed/pulled through tree branches while being driven, visible marks of discoloration on the cloth of the convertible, tree branches after dragging over the top of the car and then breaking into pieces over the cloth top then fell off the top and fell in the gap between the bottom of the soft top and the top of the trunk. That was DEFINITELY not done at the dealership. There is now also a gouge/chunk deep enough that it removed the paint from my rear bumper that wasn't there when the dealer had the car. Instead of being excited about my new car I'm absolutely disgusted and infuriated with how my car was treated like it was a box from Amazon with a $10 gift in it carelessly thrown on a porch. It makes me so upset that I should have taken a plane, train, or bus to the dealership in OH I bought my car from and drove it home the 8 hours myself. Now my car is not the same car I purchased and I regret using this service so much it sickens me. When I pointed to the areas that were clearly damaged during the transport, the driver did not speak any English and could not communicate with me at all. How am I supposed to clearly identify these issues and resolve them when I cannot even speak a word with the driver? He could not answer any of the questions I asked about these 2 issues. The pictures taken of the car at the dealership before transport were far enough away that even when you zoom in to try and see anything you won't see it because t's so blurry. So now I have to deal with all of this nonsense instead of enjoy my new car.

Promised one day delivery. Then try to make it a week. Made tons of false break down claims and wouldn’t give proper ETA. Stay clear.

Do not use this carrier if you really care about your classic vehicle. The condition and manner in which my vehicle was delivered was deplorable.
