This is the worse company to transport your vehicle. Very bad communication, not accurate on delivery date. My vehicle was delivered 5 days after delivery date agreed and I was not informed until I contacted the company. The worse!

Do not use this auto transport carrier. We paid extra to have our car shipped from DE to TX. The driver kept giving excuses throughout the entire way about how he had to wait for other customers. Why is this our problem? Would not give us a refund of the extra money we paid for expedited shipping. He finally says he'll drop the car off from 3-6pm and we wait around for him. No call... until 10pm that night. We were told the driver only takes cash or Venmo. I thought Venmo would be fine because that's what we were told and then he starts freaking out that we don't have cash. He then says what about Zelle? So I install Zelle on my phone, connect my bank account and send him the money, but now it says it takes up to 9 hours to authorize the amount. There's no way I can cancel it, he has the confirmation code, but won't give us the car. I'm just doing what he asked and then he asks us to send him the money again on CashApp to get paid twice. Definitely not doing that, so he took the car back. Maybe he'll show back up in the morning. I don't understand a company that needs to be paid like this. This is not a good way to do business. Are they trying to evade taxes by using personal money sending apps? Do yourself a favor and don't use this company if you don't want a headache.

We used J a J Global Transportation for one of our vehicles from New York to Texas. Pickup was prompt during the scheduled window, and delivery was faster than I expected. Very pleased!

My whole experience with this company was very positive from start to finish. The driver was very easy to communicate with, was on time, gave me good notice at both end of the transport journey. They were great and I highly recommend them.

Was overcharged. Driver did not communicate with pickup or Eta updates. Then did not want to drop car directly to my house. Broker was even worse with communication, and car arrived a day late and very dirty. Do not use this company!!

We attempted to do business with this company. They are very dishonest do not think a contract with them means they will follow it, they are thieves we did a transport with them and they stole money from us.

The car was shipped with no damage, so good. The instructions were For the driver to contact the business where the car was to depart from the day prior and schedule a time, none of that happened, so not so good. The day of the pickup, The driver called and demanded more money than was originally agreed to, so I had to agree to pay more which I equate to being held hostage. Bad! The day before the driver was to arrive all he was worried about was getting the money in cash. I believe the entire shipping industry is very unreliable and a contract is only a starting point.
