DO NOT WORK WITH KINGS AUTO TRANSPORT INC – COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!
This is a serious warning to everyone in the freight and logistics industry: Avoid Kings Auto Transport Inc at all costs. This company is one of the most irresponsible and unreliable carriers I’ve ever dealt with.
They canceled the exact same load three times — a shipment from San Diego, California to Dallas, Texas. Each time, they confirmed the load and then backed out at the very last minute, leaving me scrambling with no backup and causing significant financial and operational damage to my business.
There was no explanation, no accountability, and absolutely no professionalism. Their dispatch team is disorganized, dishonest, and completely careless. They wasted my time, hurt my customer relationships, and proved that they cannot be trusted under any circumstances.
If you’re a broker, shipper, or carrier reading this: DO NOT GIVE KINGS AUTO TRANSPORT INC ANY LOADS. They will drop your freight without warning and leave you to deal with the fallout.
This company should be blacklisted from every load board. Protect your business — stay far away.

Awful company that only gets customers because they get deals with dispatch companies like SGT. If you're unlucky enough to get them, send it back or ask for someone else. Otherwise you'll regret it.

TERRIBLE service!!! In the midst of suing them now. I gave my car to them in good condition and they returned it to me with a blown motor!! Wish I could give them a NEGATIVE ZERO!!

I would give them a zero if I could . Warning , do not use this company . We went with them because they were $100 cheaper then the competition . Working with them was a complete nightmare . They were days late dropping off our vehicle ( to which they made multiple excuses ) . They tried to make us pick up our vehicle hours away from our home (contract stated our vehicle was to be dropped off at our home ) , and threatened further delays if we couldn’t . Lastly , our vehicle was delivered to us damaged ( leaking oil , front fender damaged , and engine knocking ). It appears that our vehicle was driven and wrecked. They are unprofessional , and shouldn’t be in business .
