My car 2020 Camaro Zl1 was supposed to delivered on a Sat. I tried to reach out to a representative with little to no response. So I contacted the dealership and explained my displeasure of how things were going. So 5 days later after hearing nothing I get a message saying I'm here to drop your car off. I told the people who I rent from don't sign for the car to be released until I arrive. I let the driver know I'm about a hr away he's gonna have to wait which he did. Upon getting there I asked him how come the car was so late he told me his truck had some mechanical issues which made him a wk behind schedule. That would also explain the vinyl wrap on the car being ruined to the point of replacement. I'm currently seeking a legal representation to see who's gonna bite the bullet on this one because I refuse to pay for a service that was less than satisfactory at best. I would say I'd rather a person with no experience at all of shipping would do a better job than these guys. Absolutely the best at being the worst so at least they have that positive I guess going for them.

My unit was damaged during shipment. No one calls texts, or emails back. I am just looking for an update on payment for the damage.

This is the worst company I ever worked with. I shipped my car from Tampa to LA and they said it would take 5-6 days. Then when it didn’t arrived they said their truck broke down in Arizona for a week and didn’t communicate the status because they said their driver didn’t speak English. They picked my car up on Aug. 28th and finally after a lot of stress and worry delivered it not until Sept 14th. They would say the driver will call you an hour away, he never did. We waited for days to get our car. Every day they would say it will be there tomorrow then they would lie again and say we will be delivering it in 2 hrs then 2 more hours then another 45 mins.They lied to me time and time again and never called with updates when delayed, this was by fair the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced with any other company in any industry. When pressed for information the dispatcher/manager was such a coward he made his secretary talk to me instead of himself. Please be aware that I didn’t hire them directly, I contracted with Pride Car Shipping who is the middle man who contracts with Suncity Auto Transport who does the actual transporting of the vehicle. Stay far away from this company they are the absolute worst!!!

Ernesto is an employee don’t listen to his review. This company cancelled my shipment the day before and didn’t inform me. I have not been refunded and they were very rude on the phone. After reading these reviews I’m hoping I get to use another carrier.

According to police their truck driver left the key inside our vehicle and fell asleep. As a result of this our vehicle was stolen off their truck. This is also 3 days after established delivery date was missed. When I called the owner of the company (he said he was the owner) he said "I am not paying for this, and I do not have insurance" and hang up. I am reviewing my legal options at this time. I recommend avoiding doing business with this incompetent company.

DO NOT USE THIS CARRIER!!!! I had them ship my truck from FL to CA. They told me they were an hour out, so I went home to meet the driver. 90 mins later, I called again and they said 15 more mins. 60 mins later I called again and was told 15 more mins. 45 mins later, my truck showed and it was jacked. The driver tried to have me sign for it before lowering it down and I refused because I could already see damage. He lowered it partially down and stated that it was just the windshield, to take off $400 from what I was going to pay and it’d be all good. I said no and for him to bring the truck down so I could see it. Once down, the roof was scratched, chipped and dented. The good was scratched up. The doors and pillars were scratched. While I was on the phone with the dealer that shipped it, the driver kept pressuring me to sign so he could go because he was going to be late. I see, you could care less about the 4 hours you had me wait, but after you tried to screw me over on my truck and force me to sign/pay, now suddenly time is important to you. Screw this company!!!

This carrier IS TERRIBLE. After accepting my contract on central dispatch for a load no later than date, she tried to call my customer and force her to work outside the contract without telling me. My customer went crazy and I had to pay another $250 to get her on a truck on Sunday Night because Suncity failed to pick up for the second day in a row. Never once picked up there phone calls after they signed load on central they just send auto text replies that say "Can I call you later?" This company is a disgrace.
