If I could give negative stars I would. I have held off for weeks before reviewing but here goes. Don’t let these people ship anything of any value! I shipped totally restored classic truck from Texas the driver told me on Tuesday he would have it to me by noon I finally got it delivered by another carrier that this company got to bring it to me, when I received it they obviously had been using the truck for personal use they threw 20ft jumper cables in the back of a freshly painted bed and scratched it terribly. They had a personal dealer tag on the truck and looks like it was driven under a low tree, deep scratches from front to back. I talked with driver and the owner of the company but with no response a month later. They love to play the blame game. Fix what u screwed up or get out of public service business. Total shit show of a company!!!!

I was extremely worried after reading these reviews. I went through a broker and this company was assigned to transport my car from Ct to Florida. Vanessa was very responsive to my calls. And although there was a delay by a day in the pick up due to a mechanical problem with the truck they arrived the next day and the drop off was within hours of the time they promised. They called my son and met him in a parking lot next to his condo as the driveway was tight. As for toll charges I packed the e z pass in foil and placed it in a foil bag. EZ pass clearly tells you to do this when shipping a car. Many thanks to the drivers for making pick up and drop off easy! I would use them again.

Terrible services. They told me to wait for the whole morning during weekdays cause they can't predict the exact time they'll arrive, then changed their pickup time in the last minute, TWICE! I can't just wait here forever. Other people also have their lives!

This is the worst company I have ever used in my entire life. They stole my wallet and everything in it. I am a college student and all my ID's were taken, my insurance, and college ID as well. I had $500 cash in the wallet as well and it is all gone. I called them to tell them what happened and they started blaming me for being stupid and claimed that they did not steal it. There was an $850 fraud charge coming from the card that was in my wallet that they stole. These people deserve to be put out of business. If i could give this below 0 stars, i would.

This company is totally unprofessional showed up three days earlier then supposed to delivered three days early even after I was assured it would not be. I was hung up on when I was trying to resolve all this. I made a complaint with the broker company was told swamp fox would be blacklisted. After I made complaint someone signed me up for a full move plus transporting the car they released my phone number and now I am getting nonstop calls texts and emails. Do not use this company it’s just not worth it.
