This company was late to pick up my vehicle and over 2 days late from my desired drop off date. I requested pick up on Sunday and delivery on Thursday. They picked up my vehicle on Tuesday and can’t deliver until Saturday at the very earliest. That’s what they told me this morning, on Friday, because they won’t update you with this information unless you call them. My car is late because their trucks radiator blew. They can’t maintain their shipping vehicles. I requested a discount since we’re now outside of the delivery date that their “dispatcher” said they could reliably deliver within. The dispatcher has to call the driver, they have no AVL or tracking mechanism available. For the “dispatch” or for clients. After I requested a discount, they threatened to place my vehicle with all of my belongings in storage. If my car isn’t delivered by tomorrow, I am calling the police to report it stolen. This company is shady and unprofessional and if I knew my car would be shipped with them I never would have booked it. This company is shady. I didn’t pay them; I paid SGT Auto Transport and then my car was subcontracted to this garbage little company without my knowledge or permission. Do NOT do business with this awful company, or SGT Auto Transport. They’re both terribly unreliable and unhelpful.
