Thanks for leaving me stranded for over 5 hours alone on the side of the road after dark without attempting to actually find or contact me.
My car broke down at 7.5 hours of a 12
hour road trip back home. No one I knew was even close, I was on the shoulder of I10 east bound, west of Quincy Florida near Greensboro. My insurance dispatched this tow service, the driver called my cell to let me know they were dropping off a vehicle at the lot then headed to me. I was about 30 minutes ish from their lot, but I allowed some time for unloading the vehicle. An hour passes, I assumed they'd call if they didn't see me but I called anyway. And they let me know they "drove around where they thought I was (in Quincy, not even close to where I was) didn't see me and just went back to their lot" WITHOUT CALLING THE CELL PHONE NUMBER I KNOW THEY HAD because they called me with the previous update. Then said they had a customer in front of them and hung up on me. Where could I have gone, my car was DISABLED AND NEEDED A TOW. They legitimately left a woman alone on the side of the road getting dark without even attempting to contact me for location. I requested my insurance dispatch another driver that was NOT this company, they did anyway, and their eta was going to be ANOTHER 2.5 HOURS. So we eventually contacted McGhee towing instead who showed up within 30 minutes (after I'd been broken down for over 5 hours and Payless Towing ETA was still another hour and a half).
Thanks for leaving me stranded after dark and being wholly incompetent and useless, with no respect to even communicate with a stranded woman.

Have been stranded on the side of the road for nearly five hours now. I’m one hour away from their office. Called two hour into waiting and was told they had just left and would be arriving within the hour. Called back an hour ago and they told me they were just leaving again. USAA is now calling another tow company to pick me up. Hopefully they will stop contracting to them.

Made me wait 3 hours on the side of the road without a phone call to me. I and my roadside assistance company had called them several times, would never show up.
