Stranded in the pouring rain, in a stage town in an unfamiliar state for nine hours, and now it is dark. Multiple phone calls to AAA and BMW only to hear “I apologize,…we can send a tow truck”. Tow to where? Where do we go? After much time, a huge rig pulled into the station needing gas Our car, stuck at the pump, in his way. No worries. The driver finagled his way around, got out of the rig and said, “ What can I do to help you?”The driver was Ryan Cahn. Owner and driver of Sam transportation USA. His rig loaded with snow bird cars he was transporting from New York to Florida. Within a short time the tow truck driver arrived. That driver and owner is Scott Galloway of Impact towing in Florence South Carolina. Impact Towing was confronted with hurricane rain and a car in park with no key. All wheels FROZEN! Would not budge. Ryan did not leave us, nor did he leave the tow truck driver faced with an impossible task. Ryan voluntarily joined Scott in figuring it out as well as in the huge work involved of loading a car that would not move Ryan never left us but instead stayed by our side offering assurances. BMW suggested towing the car to their dealership and order a new key fob that would take many days. Ryan suggested having our spare key overnighted to us He didn't have to do it. AAA didn't do it. BMW didn't do it. We spent hours communicating with them only to have the buck passed and a lot of "I apologize. " Ryan stayed with us until the car was loaded. He followed up with phone calls and text to assure our safety. He would not accept a dime. Ryan is a kind, human man who has restored our faith in humanity and believe me - it matters! If you have the need to transport a car, Sam transportation is your company. Professional, dependable and honest. No more to be said. Thank You Ryan and Sam Transportation. Horrible service! My car came back with all kinds of grease stains and things that dripped out of the car above it. When I asked the man I believe his name was Ryan what happened to my car he just kept saying he doesn't know he got it like that that's the boss and he kept speaking with some kind of Caribbean accent that was hard for me to understand. I didn't spoke with the woman Sam who runs the business and she was very rude. I believe I was overcharged and that they should have been responsible enough to not let a brand new car get grease and all kinds of other vehicle fluid stripped upon it from a used crashed car that was placed above it. I would never use this service again!
