Had to ship a car from Spokane to Charlotte NC and had nothing but bad experience. First they scheduled pick up between 8 - 10 AM. no one showed up. I tried to call them for about 2 hours - no reply. I had to go to work and they called me back and scheduled pick up around 3:00 PM. So my daughter came with her car and they demanded from her additional $100. And she gave them - no receipt.
when car was delivered the driver wanted to take $100 more. And we didn't gave them. Unprofessional, rude and no good. Will never work with them again!
