Chris's service from pickup to delivery was perfect. He was professional, friendly, accommodating, and responsive. I loved working with this one man shop through Autostar. One thing that stood out for me twice in conversation was his work ethics and his commitment to doing things 'the right way'. "Chris, what do you do when you're tired? Do you drink coffee?" "No man. That's my body telling me to rest. I pull over at the next rest stop and nap until I'm no longer tired." "Chris, could you push back servicing the truck until next week?" Because it was going to interfere with my selfish agenda of shipping my car on X day. "No man, I don't mess with those maintenance schedules. When my books tell me I gotta do it, I do it. Period. Safety above anything else."

Chris brought my car up from California, and was an absolute joy to deal with. He kept me up to date on timing and made the drop-off process super-easy. Highly recommended!

What a GREAT experience! I knew the driver was going to be at least 5 days since it was such a long haul but he got here in 3 and kept excellent communication with me. Mr. Dunlap of Justin Success Logistics was so sweet and let me play with his dog while he unloaded the truck (my favorite part of the whole experience), he needs a raise, he made this whole experience 100 times better! Definitely use you guys in the future.

Excellent service from start to finish! The driver, Chris Dunlap, did an amazing job transporting my vehicle from California to Pennsylvania. He was kind and assured me that everything would be fine, and it was! Great guy, who is fantastic at his job! Thanks Chris!
