Covered us with FBOMBS and screamed at my dispatcher, WHY THE FU...K u need to me to update the status, why do you care when i pickup or deliver.
After we refused to pay $20 Fee to them for not complying with simple requirements and contract to update the status on time and upload singed copy of BOL.
They also submitted my dispatch phone number to free craigslist and other free ads so we gotten 100+ calls and sms to our dispatch line.
Irresponsible and immature "Carriers" like this should be put out of their misery!.
AVOID THEM AS A PLAGUE!!!
