With frustration and disappointment, I am leaving a horrible review of this car transport company. For the past month, I have been asking for a simple request...I have needed a Bill of Lading with the dates that my car were on their transport. I have attempted to both call and text and email this company, and the driver who transported my car. All of these requests have been met with silence. There are many car transport companies...DO NOT USE THIS ONE! There is ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
