Terrible company and rude, incompetent owner. Refused to deliver the vehicle door to door and threatened to leave it on a public street or store it in their towing facility for more $$. Blatant shakedown. The positive reviews here are all FAKE!

This company shipped my car from Brooklyn to LA. it arrived several days late, with significant damage to the side of my vehicle. The company offered me $100 to repair the damage on the spot, when I voiced my concern that the damage was much more significant than $100 the women was extremely rude and yelled at me to pay her driver. The company was found at fault by their insurance provider for for $1500 worth of damages and has yet to pay me almost a year later.

Customer Service was the worst I have ever experienced. I gave the two stars because each truck driver was pleasant. However, the dispatcher, I believe Nelly/Nally is her name. She was outright awful and disrespectful. We did not receive the proper amount of notice for car dropoff. I was expected to travel an hour out in 10 minutes. She said my car shipment wasn't paid for when it was. I cannot count the amount of times I spoke to her where she had ZERO accountability for any confusion that occurred. I would never recommend her. I hope she treats her drivers well because they ultimately are doing all the work.
But if the way she spoke to me was any indication, she probably treats them poorly.

Driver came a day early and was very rude with the elderly woman of the house. Seemed very aggravated and short tempered with the Woman of the house. Call the head office and the woman was also very rude and disrespectful before hanging up on me. Needless to say they did not pickup my call and would never get my business

Had the unfortunate pleasure of using this company to ship my car from New York to Louisiana. Not only did they decide to drop off My car at 4 in the morning, they lost my emergency key that inserts into the keyless start fob. They then denied losing it because they didn’t want to pay for a new key. AVOID this company at all costs!! If they would lie to avoid paying for a new key, imagine what they’ll say to get out of paying a claim if they mess up your car. Company is full of liars

I have been shipping my car across the country for about 15 years. This was the worst company I have EVER dealt with. They failed to give us notice when the driver was picking up in LA. They were supposed to give 24 hour notice upon delivery. They did not. Instead, they called at 8 AM expecting us to get from Manhattan to Brooklyn in an hour- no warning whatsoever to pick up the car. The driver was fine but the owner was extremely rude and disrespectful. No apologies for lack of notice, threatened to not give us the car while we were arranging for the money delivery. Also they lied about Manhattan curfew to the company who arranged the delivery. Appalling experience. DO NOT Use them. I am reporting them to every transport broker I have ever used to alert them.
