Dude in sandles and short barely speaks english dropped my car off his rollback. Turns around tells me that my car was damage when he pick it up.(have photos before pick up and entire undercarrage is destroyed, both bumper smashed at drop off. Tried to file an insurance claim to get my car fixed and they DECLINE it because he doesnt actually have insurance. Like who the hell runs a tow truck with no insurance

0 stars. This is, hands down, the worst experience I've ever had with a tow service. We were told 90-120 minute wait. After 90 minutes passed, I called to politely ask what they think the ETA would be. I didn't even get the chance to speak. The guy picks up the phone, tells "7 minutes" at me, and hangs up. We wait. Another 20 minutes goes by and I contact our insurance provider (whom the tow service was through). They get back to me and we're told another 30 minutes. Over 3 hours from the initial call, the guy calls me for a second time and says "I'm here." I tell him that no he isn't since we've been standing here waiting. I give the address again. He finally shows up another 30 minutes later. We let him know that Google does not properly map our address and ask him to follow us. To which he turns off and takes a seperate route (presumably following Google). We get to our address before him which, given the route he took shouldn't have been possible. He calls about 15 minutes after we get home and says "I'm at the address". I tell him that no he isn't and explain, again, that our house is at this cross street, not the one Google took him to. He finally pulls around the corner and tries to drop it off in the middle of the street. We had to tell him that he can't drop it off there, that it has to be dropped off in the driveway. (The way the driveway is, it can be pulled into from any direction). The way he was driving and loading/unloading looked like he has never driven a tow truck in his life. On top of the incompetence displayed, he was incredibly rude and acted like we were inconveniencing him.

I waited for 4 hours for a pick up that never came. After waiting 3 hours I talked to the driver who knew his truck was broke down. He told me he would be there 60 minutes anyway and never showed. He never called the dispatcher to send someone else either. This app won't let me take the one star away either.
