Broken down. Driver out of hours. No response to multiple attempts to contact. Finally promised car would arrive before noon on the 6th day. It arrived at 3AM on the 7th day of transport. This was a 600 mile trip. Damaged my car. Forged BOL and now their insurance won’t pay my claim. Do not use this carrier. Ever! Even if they offer to pay you. DO NOT USE Kellem Transport.
