AXDE IS ABSOLUTE TRASH. I paid premium, top dollar - much higher than any quote from any other company I had looked into - to get my car picked up and shipped out in time for me to start working I was told my car would be picked up Thursday and that the driver would call in advance before arriving. I waited all day Thursday. No call. No one showed up. I eventually called Thursday evening and AXDE said they would not have anyone until Friday, no later than 2 pm, to pick up my car. They said the driver would call 1-2 hours in advance so I know when they'll arrive. At this point, I'm frustrated but change my schedule to accommodate for a Friday pick up instead. The next day (Friday), 2 pm rolls around. No one had called. No one showed up. I had been calling AXDE throughout the day and no one answered. I finally got a hold of someone at 2:15pm only to be told that the driver was delayed due to weather and would be around between 4:30pm-5:00pm. Now I'm irritated. By 6pm, I still had not received a phone call from the driver and no one had shown up. I immediately called AXDE and the phone continued to ring. No one answered. And at this point, I'm absolutely furious. If you want a headache and endless amounts of stress, feel free to book with them. Otherwise, you're better off shooting yourself in the face.
