I am leaving this rating at zero stars. Waters Hot Shot was contracted to pick and deliver a classic car(1964 Studebaker). Upon reaching the delivery destination the driver stated that he was unfamiliar with hauling this type of vehicle. He had someone inexperienced load the car on the trailer and said he did not know how to get it off his trailer having customer (myself) have to try to get it off the truck. In trying to get it off the vehicle became stuck and was damaged. This required having to call a tow truck to remove it from the trailer. The river did not pay for the tow or the damage to the car. He has refused to respond to his insurance company regarding the claim that was filed for the tow charges and damage to the car. He has refused to respond to the broker that contracted with him for this job. Do not use this company.
