TERRIBLE! Called at 7am to get a tow truck! They said it would take 90 minutes. After an hour and a half I get an update that it’ll be another 40 minutes. After another hour they say 35 minutes! They lie about their ETA. Avoid these people at all costs! 0 stars!

Trash towing and customer service the dealership pays for my towing this company charged me $50 for a wrench service if you tow cars that’s your job to get the vehicle on the bed plus I don’t know if it was done or not I left at 2 when the call was placed they got my vehicle to the dealership 4 hours after they were dispatched imagine if I would still be out there waiting 4 hours and Kasey kept calling and harassing me about $50 saying if he don’t receive payment they would store my vehicle if they don’t receive payment when the dealership already paid them so why am I paying I would never voluntarily use them choose someone else they have poor customer service

The worst tow company on earth. This tow company isn’t a tow company at all, it’s actually the procrastination headquarters of Georgia.
I waited over 3 1/2 hours - they kept telling me -25 min- 30 min-15 min-25 min- 30 min- 15 min for 3 1/2 hours.
I waited so long it was past incompetence, it was downright disrespectful, unprofessional, and a danger for someone waiting on roadside assistance.
My insurance company clearly doesn’t know the liability risk and incompetence of this company that they have entrusted to service their customers, but they will.
The worst service I have ever had and probably ever will. Congratulations.
I hope every insurance company catches wind to your scam and drops your tow company. Greedy doesn’t last too long.

I usually never leave bad reviews, but my experience with Echols was horrible. I requested my car to be towed at 9 am. It wasn't until 1am the following morning that they showed up. They called my insurance company and said they couldn't see the vehicle and left the scene. I asked that the driver give me a call so I can direct him to the exact location of the vehicle in the dark. He never called and another company had to be dispatched.

Kenny is an excellent driver with great customer service. He came to my rescue very quickly and even waited for my ride to come pick me up. He was VERY HELPFUL. He represented this company well.

This COMPANY...Boy this company, make sure you get good phone numbers and ETA (estimated time of arrival), because this company left my son and wife in the middle of a dangerous intersection in the middle of rush hour traffic. If you are scheduling a transport, make sure this is not the company picking you up. I AM BEYOND UPSET, AND THE CHARGE WAS RIDICULOUS. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH SCHEDULING, ECHOLS, THERE'S A PRIORITY WITH CARS BEING DISABLED IN A DANGEROUS AREA. YOU SHOULD REMEMBER THAT. It only takes one time for a serious accident to happen because you weren't following up on that call.

The service was poor! I was not able to use the service or have my vehicle towed to the auto shop because they took way too long to come. I received 4 different ETAs. The customer service representative was very rude whenever she decided to answer the phone. Then they wanted to charge me $55 for 11 miles that my insurance would not cover even after they were almost 2 hours past the original ETA time. I will not be using this service again, nor will I recommend anyone to use it. With all of the things going on in the world right now, the last thing I need is poor service and poor customer service. :(

Was given ETA.. 10 minutes after ETA I called back and they promised they would be there 20 minutes later... 30 minutes after that I called back and they said the driver was going to call me and I was hung up on... They called my insurance company and said I canceled which was a lie... I had to end up towing my truck home on a chain

They lied about what time they were coming. Every time I called I was very nice and respectful with questions concerning the time they would be here. I called at least 6 times. They were supposed to pick my vehicle up at 1pm it is now 4pm and they still aren’t here.

WORST COMPANY EVER! Waited almost 5hrs for a tow.. every time we called they said they were 15-20 mins away.. ultimately had to cancel and get dispatch to send me another tow .. I recommend that Direct general to find another towing company to do business with.
