Marked fake damage on brand new Lexus at pickup on BOL, then damaged unit during transport ($5,571 worth). Argued on quality of repair estimates delaying repairs saying he used to do body work. We tried to file a claim on his insurance only to be denied because he HAS/HAD NO INSURANCE. Promised to pay for repairs on the phone but won't put anything in writing taking accountability. He runs too lean to actually pay damages outside of insurance it seems, if he actually has insurance. AVOID
