In the beginning the communication was great with Ariana and she was on top of everything. Then I received the news that Blue Auto Transportation Corp had an issue with a truck and had to transfer my car to another company. That was when I started getting concerned with the lack of clarity in communication, the treatment of my car and the customer service, which was then out of Arianas hands and into the hands of the company owner. I had to wait 1 1/2 days extra than expected for my car to be delivered by another towing company, not the original transport company I had a contract with. The car came back with damages from the transport of my car being moved from truck to truck and wherever or whomever was dealing with the vehicle. Very disappointing experience. I wish I had done a bit more research.
