Carrier can't be trusted. Sammy booked a load of to pickup in Greeley, Co that was going to Jal, NM. On the day of loading at 6:30 am he calls us telling us the shipper is loading different size pipes on the truck and he won't be able to secure it properly. After talking to the shipper they hadn't even started loading the driver yet he was just trying to set his agenda for what he was about to try and do. We call the driver back and he is still furious and tells us the shipper told him it was going to talk half a day to load him and the load wasn't even ready yet and started calling us names instead of listening that the load was ready but because of the snow the shipper had stored the load inside their sho to protect it as it was painted metal so he agrees to let them load him. When the shipper was through getting the driver loaded, Sammy starts telling us that if we don't pay him $2000 instead of the $1500 we had agreed to have the load moved for he won't do the load and is holding us hostage on the load. Sammy is very rude and won't listen no matter how many times we asked him to calm down and listen to what we are trying to tell him, he was too interested in telling us that we were trying to screw him over and he was going to threaten the shipper to see what they had to say about this. We tried calling the carrier's main number but couldn't get ahold of anyone and kept trying for a week but no one would respond via email or phone. Update, Carrier tried invoicing the shipper directly for the freight but the shipper forwarded us the invoice and told the carrier they needed to reach out to us for the payment as they had a contract with us to haul the freight already and the carrier went ballistic on the shipper. We were able to get ahold of Dominique and told him what was going on and he acted all surprised the owner-operator was acting like that and said he would have to investigate and would get with the owner about it and haven't heard a peep out of anyone.

Horrible company. Most running illegally. At the top of the"Do Not Use" list. Run as far away from these people as fast as you can. Better off with SWIFT.

carrier hit our parked truck damaging our cargo. got the police report and called their insurance company and the policy is cancelled. called their office 5 times with either no voice mail or no response after leaving a voice mail. watch out for this company!!!
