This transporter damaged my car on delivery. The driver hit my car on his trailer and scrapped the right side and damaged the wheel costing me $3200.00 in repairs. He and the company refused to pay for the damages even though they are at fault and the damages were properly documented. I booked through a broker who contracted with this company. I am disappointed by the neglience of the driver and the unprofessional manner of the company in resolving this issue.
