Damaged my car while shipping it, and then literally screamed at me on the phone when I called to tell them, because they said I was holding up their driver. Awful, do not use.

Driver delivered my car a fell into it trying to take pictures and the damage was 1,934.00. The company only attempted to pay me half the money and also the driver lied about reporting the damage on incident report. The company is sneaky do not use. They don’t even have proper insurance coverage. It’s third party and the insurance company does not communicate well.

This company was scheduled to pick up my vehicle for door-to-door service. They didn't show up on time the 1st day and pushed it one day. They then didn't show up on time the 2nd day and asked to change the pick up location. I canceled the order since I paid for door-to-door service.

Great West Auto transported my car from Michigan to California. The company was very communicative and professional! From scheduling to pickup to delivery! I will recommend them highly!

Was assigned this company, through a dispatch company, to haul a car from Ohio to Los Angeles. Driver arrived on time with a full fledged semi 9 car hauler. Driver(Charlie) inspected and took pics of car, loaded car and was back on the road in 30 minutes. Estimated delivery time was 6 to 7 days. Car delivered in 4 1/2 days, as perfect as it left Ohio. Very impressed. Very professional. Would use again definitely. Highly recommend.

Recently used this company and the delivery driver was very friendly and prompt. Had to deal with someone named Didi regarding an insurance claim and she is very hostile and rude. They had no intention of covering the parts yet dragged on the conversation for months. Very unprofessional, do not recommend!!

I recently used this car transport service and the management is unbelievable. They were extremely argumentative and switched up the payment method last minute. The service was extremely unprofessional and sketchy. I would not recommend this company to anyone who wants to do work with a legitimate business.
