If I could give a million stars, I would. Edward came out and helped me tow my Jeep this morning after it turned off on the freeway twice and I was able to make it to a side parking lot before it was towed.
As a young girl, I was shaken up from almost coming to a stop on a speedy freeway and stressed because I was going to miss my day at work up in Big Cottonwood. Edward not only took care of getting my car to the dealership where I needed it, but he even went in with me to help me explain what had happened (I'm a smart girl, but cars are not my forte by any means).
I used to be a customer service manager, and I would have given anything to have had a team full of "Edwards." He was polite, respectful, efficient, and went above and beyond to make me feel like this wasn't going to be the end of the world for me. He shared the story behind the family-owned Bridger Towing LLC and I am just so grateful that AAA sent him to me since I know many would not be as kind or understanding. I have already shared Bridger's name with some managers at my job in Big Cottonwood and plan on continuing to share with others.

Don from Bridger came to tow my car to the dealer when I couldn't get it to start. He spent some time with my grandson looking at the car and after a short time was able to get my car started. I am so thankful for his time and hope to work with him again if I ever am needing AAA assistance. Thank you Don!!

Ronnie hands down was the best tow truck experience I have ever had!! He arrived in a very timely manner, stayed in contact with phone calls while in route, was extremely polite and professional during the entire interaction and lastly so knowledgeable. Thank you for having Ronnie as an employee!! He will be the first I call if I ever need another tow service!
