Very out of Control owner and company. My age 68 mom Parked to drop me off at a nail shop to get my nails done. She was parked apparently in a wrong spot for the most 3 minutes, she walked back out and they were trying to tow her car. She begged to not take it. When she went out to leave to get her car it was gone. She didn't see the sign it was not very visible, plus she has to wear readers to see most stuff anyways.
She had to walk all around to multiple stores to get the phone number to where her car is. When she called the owner of Fire House Towing was very hostile and unprofessional. He told us via text my mom was entitled. She is a very kind lady and would be conducting herself that way at all ever. The tow was 401.80$
She had parked there 3 mins and she was out there and they loading her car. She begged them not to take it. What a cut throat and Evil company. She is on social security

The owner was very understanding and help my buddy out after a misunderstanding a parking space while visiting me. He took the time to leave what he was doing to meet with us and helped him out, thank you!
