I would not use this carrier. No way, no how. They transported my 2019 vehicle from NY to Las Vegas and damaged it, a dent and a scratch. After alerting them to it the driver was dishonest and denied moving my vehicle on the carrier until I advised him I had photographs of my vehicle being in a different position. Then the driver and his supervisor told me they had a signed Bill of Lading from delivery indicating no damage. Nothing was signed when the delivery was made and they have not produced the signed B/L. DO NOT USE!

Never trust this transport.
It has been more than 2 weeks, still my car is not delivered. No one is answering the call. Always goes to voice mail. Raised police complain as car theft.
