This company is the worst ever. I bought a car from North Carolina and the dealer shipped it to Tennessee for us. They told him it would arrive in 24 hours from time of pickup. The car arrived covered in dirt and bugs 5 hours late. had to inspect load in dark. I called driver several times during the day checking on delivery time. When asked to talk to drivers boss he told me he couldn't give me that information. Then he called his boss and talked in a language other than English in front of me I asked him to use English so I could understand what was being said I was told they did not speak any English however when I was handed his phone his boss spoke English very well!!1. then his boss said I would have to pay the driver or he would take car back however the seller had already paid the driver in advance ! they wanted double money for a terrible job. long story short I called the police and driver left with out second payment. I hope the DOT or BBB shuts this guy down . Bad work and stream of lies is all you going to get!!! No stars rating.

I am a moving brokerage and sent a car to be shipped by Transport Ana and I regret sending them the job! I collected the payment in full from the customer at the time of placing his reservation, and stated to Transport Ana to get in contact with me a few days in advance, if you would like payment at the time of delivery, so I can make sure that I was available. On the day of delivery I was called an hour prior to delivery asking for payment, and if they do not receive payment they are going to bring the car back to the origin. So I stopped everything and made a payment. I then receive a call from the customer stating they did not receive the keys. I then asked the carrier to send me the signed documents from delivery, and I received the response "The driver forgot." When you speak to this company you hear a baby crying in the background. Stay away from Transport Ana they do not know what they are doing!!!
