Don’t use this company. Please read everything. It’s important information so you don’t get screwed over. I needed my cars picked up today the 22nd and made it very clear that it needed to be picked up no later thentoday because I will be moving in the morning on the 23rd. Flying across the country from Las Vegas to Florida. I have confirmation of the pick up date sent to me on the 11th via email. With verbal conformation from the company saying everything is good to go and they will call me with a time on the 22nd. The 21st comes and I still didn’t hear back from them so I call. No answer. Call several other times no answer. Leave a voicemail no answer. The day of pick up still no answer. Finally they text me and say that the pick up is scheduled for the 23rd not the 22nd. So I send them a picture of the conformation. He then says oh well there is nothing we can do. Only solution is to park your car somewhere and hide the keys and when we get to it tomorrow we will let you know. What kind of a company is this? I said no way am I doing that. He then tells me oh talk to the driver here is his number. See if you guys can figure something out. I said no that’s your job. I’m not gonna call your driver and try to figure this out. You guys messed this up. Your the owner you talk to your driver and figure this out. I then get a text from the driver saying that he is stuck in traffic and he can’t control traffic. This was at around 10:30am. Where even if he was stuck in 11 hours of traffic he could have still made it from California to Las Vegas on time. Point is he shouldn’t be in California when he has an agreement to be picking my car up in Nevada. He then tells me he is picking up cars in Los Angeles and that’s why he can’t make it on time. Again he shouldn’t be picking up cars in California when he knows he has an agreement to pick up mine in another state on the same day. This is not a legit company. 1 truck and they are liars and very unprofessional and unorganized.

I had a terrible experience, scheduling a transport that was repeatedly delayed by Oramas, with no communication within hours of the scheduled pick up despite repeated calls and texts. They rescheduled from Saturday morning to Sunday before 10 am. Then they didn’t respond to any texts this morning but texted at 5:00 pm that they would now pick up the vehicle at 9:00 pm. I told them they lost their chance. I have a good car I want transported across country, but cannot trust that they would get it there.

Very bad dishonest company! Car was shipped to a different state, when it arrived it had over 300 additional miles and an empty tank of gas. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!

0 stars. Oramas was hired to transport my car from FL to WA. It arrived with 851 additional miles on odometer, Body damage to my driver side, scratched, and the interior wrecked of bad cologne and of dirty male testes!!
