DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. These people are scammers. They shipped my car, dropped it off damaged and then blocked my phone calls. I never fussed or cussed them out when I saw the damage. I tried to get things fixed the right way and they avoided all contact and LIED to progressive and the brokers and forged my signature. I had to do the digging to even find their insurance myself because they wouldn’t provide info. They’ll ship your car but good luck if they damage it.

Beware of this transporter. Damaged the interior of my new S class mercedes. Took no responsibility and extremely rude. Stay away from them.

BEWARE. I tried to give 0 starts but couldn’t. If you use “road runner auto transport” and your cars are needing to leave Texas or go to Texas PLEASE I beg you to ensure that they don’t assign “My Limo LLC” to pick your vehicles up. I’ve used “road runner” plenty of times on my moves across states to ship my vehicles, and I’ve never had a problem until they assigned “My Limo LLC” based out of Keller, TX to pick up my vehicles. Not only did they pick my cars up 3 days late, but they never called and updated me the entire time during transit. The day they finally picked up my vehicles the driver called at 8:00pm and said “I’ll be there within 2 hours” 3 hours later he arrived to retrieve the cars. On the day of arrival the driver called me at 10:30pm and said he was on the way and would be arriving in one hour. I told him that it was really late, and really short notice. I asked him if he could drop them off during normal business hours the following day, to which he replied “I’m off tomorrow.” So I waited up for my vehicles. When he arrived one of my vehicles had two tires that were flat and the front license plate missing from the front. I will never be using road runner auto again, the fact that they subcontract to companies like this is beyond me.

Multiple reschedule and came late when they did pick my car up. Then they drove my car to Denver amd I ended up paying for toll tickets they got in my car that was contracted to trailer transport. Also they left trash in my car when they dropped it off in Dallas Texas. Unprofessional
