My insurance company contracted with Matador to do roadside assistance. They never showed, but sent claim in to insurance saying service completed.
When I called to ask where he was he told me to f*** off.
Deserve zero stars. Scammers.

Terrible Service. Did not call or show up for 3 hours and when I reached out to get his eta he immediately began shouting and cursing. I called my roadside assistance provider and changed towing companies afterwards. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

The worst! My company called and arranged to have me towed. He showed up after 2 hours. He then put my car on his truck and began to tow me. Because he was two hours late, all of the close service locations were closed. Hence, my company changed the tow location closer to my home. Matador towing then pulled into a parking lot, put my car down and told me to get out of his truck. He complained that he had been driving for 12 hours and had other calls. I am a woman alone on a rainy night left in an unfamiliar place. This company and the owner are the worst and have no value for the customers they are servicing.
