Little to no correspondence after pick-up, later than expected arrival, damages occurred during offloading, run around in regards to paying for damages, only after speaking to Insurance provider for KBM , were the damages paid for,DO NOT USE KBM

Absolutely horrible, our shipment was brokered through Nationwide auto shippers (this means it was a pre decided price), at delivery the driver Dan, demanded more money or he was leaving with the car. Our customer receiving the car, paid the extra amount since he just wanted the car after it showed up 4 days late and filthy ( the car was detailed before it loaded). Now trying to correct this issue with Nationwide has created even more of a mess. The shippers claim that the upcharge is due to "storage fees", the car was delivered late and they are trying to charge for it. KBM is an absolute joke of a company and I HIGHLY advise NOT to do business with them!

This company is a scam. They vanished with our $200k Ferrari for few days. finally when they brought the car it was damaged and 800 more miles on it. Apparently they take the cars for joy rides or either rent them. Save your self a big headache and don't deal with them.
