DO NOT use this AWFUL company. I repeat, please, DO NOT. I cannot even begin to tell you the stress they have put my father and I through. I'm a nurse who took a travel assignment across the country. My car took 15 days to get there, a week after I requested it was delivered. I called countless times asking where it was, and was lied to over and over and over. They kept saying it would be there the next day, then it was the next, then it was before 10am the next day. It was never there when they said. They strung me along for days. I have week worth of call logs to prove it. To top it off, I was harrassed with phone calls while at work when they were finally ready to deliver the car and get their money. I cannot tell you how distracting that is as a nurse. Did they call me any other time? No! Meanwhile, my father got roped into all of this because I work 12 hr shifts and cannot talk to people readily like others can, so he had to communicate on my behalf and take several hours out of his day to argue with them and demand justice in reimbursement. I had to spend over $300 in ubers and rental cars for a week that they wouldn't reimburse. These people are HORRIBLE human beings and no one in their right mind should do business with them.

On April 28, my car was picked up with a written delivery date of 6-8 days. When at the end of those 8 days, it had not arrived, the company NEVER called or texted me to let me know there was a delay. I called them and was told it would be 1-2 more days. I gave them 3, during which they never communicated with me. At the end of day 3, I called, and they told me it would be delivered the next day. The next day, when the car had still not arrived, I called again, and was told the next day by 3:00pm. The car was not delivered until after 9:00pm the next day. They withheld my car for 13 days. They were unprofessional, rude, and I would NEVER use them for any transportation needs.

I would put 0 stars. Shipped a car with this company a few days ago. They lost my title. I tried to reach them - but they just ignore.
DO NOT SHIP CARS WITH THEM!!!
