I work for a car dealership in fontana, ca and needed to have a truck shipped from here to liberty hill, tx. The driver showed up took a bunch of photos of the vehicle. didn't include the miles in the pdf he sent me. he delivered the truck there and somewhere in the process he broke the passenger side mirror and ripped the reg off the window which my customer needed to get the vehicle registered in his state. The driver also allegedly didn't even bring the truck on a truck. He drove it up to the customers home and then ran down the street after he handed the customer the keys and hopped in a black sedan. I thought he was just hyper but I think he may be on drugs. I have shipped many vehicles and this was by far the shadiest and most unbelievable experience I have ever encountered.

Not good services! Valery dropped off our trucks during non business hours and left the keys and titles inside the car with doors unlocked! Then he came back when we were open and was super rude and evidentially cops came to get him off the property!!

It was such a delight working with this company. The car was delivered in the timeframe we asked for, and our Lexus was brought directly to our door just in time before our vacation. There was nothing more that we could have asked for. Definitely recommended it to all our friends in Dallas.

The driver arrived with absolutely no warning - no call to schedule delivery. They just showed up. And demanded an extra $1500, despite the fact the shipping had already been paid for by the seller/shipper, and they had even already cashed the check!! Yet they insisted to me that the shipping had NOT been paid, and refused to give me my car unless I paid an additional $1500. Absolute scammers. As others have mentioned, the driver spoke zero English, so it was impossible to communicate. He gave me the name and number of his boss who was at least understandable. He knew enough English to insist they hadn't been paid and that I owed them the money. Avoid this company. No scruples. Total lack of integrity. (Although the car did actually arrive, so they have that going for them)

I wish I can leave 0 Star, this company picked up our vehicle from the auction and delivered the vehicle without a catalytic convertor the next day. For sure catalytic was at the auction. When we asked the location of parking during the night, Driver said he does not remember where he made a stop during the night. Not a responsible company! Be aware of them! Not recommended! We are processing a claim report about this company! Dont work with them!

We had our 2012 Jeep Patriot transported from Cullowhee NC to California just this past week using a carrier associated with your company. It was supposed to have gotten here on a Tuesday but it was delayed until early Thursday morning. When we received it the guy had already driven the car off his truck(which he parked out of sight) and had it waiting for us outside our home. I kept hearing debri inside my hatch door every time I opened it, thinking it was just dirt or rocks from the long drive to California. Today I was able to actually see small traces of residual blue tape around our hatch window as well as a sticker that had been somewhat torn off on the window itself. As I began opening my hatch I kept hearing what sounded like rocks inside of the actual door. Then I noticed large shards of black glass all in the cracks of the back area and hidden around the door itself. I also noticed that the window looked almost "brand new" when we've had our car for almost 4 years now. I will be having the residual glass tested to see if it is from our original window manufacturer. It is very obvious our window has been replaced and NOONE told us a thing about this AND we were still charged the same full amount of 1250.00(100.00 after dispatch and 1150.00 on arrival). The driver via text admitted to causing the glass issue but wouldn't be specific about what happened(which I have proof of). We made an official claim and complaint for this negligence. I have already contacted the Better Business Bureau, FMCSA, and have talked to my legal team about this with next steps in place if need be. Replacing a damaged window without the knowledge of the owners and NOT informing us at any point that it ever occurred and having us sign a binding agreement that the car was delivered in the same condition it was picked up, is a clear violation of our opportunity as consumers to even have noticed the issue to report on the BOL initially.

SO UNPROFETIONAL POSTED A CAR ON CENTRAL DISPATCH WE HAVE A CONTRACT AND LAST MINUTE THEY DESIDE TO NOT PICK UP MY CAR I CONTACT THEM AND THEY TOLD ME TO DO WHAT EVER I WANT TO AND NOW I HAVE TO PAY SORAGE FESS BECAUSE OF THEIR F UP STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Showed up 3 days late. Dropped my car from the bed. Didn't provide insurance. Asked for me to pay for tow. Had to call a tow to fix the situation. Damaged underneath my car. No apology. Absolute nightmare.

Received my Raptor last night from a guy with high skills and knowledge about what is he doing. The car was delivered during dark right in front of my house. Usually drivers ask to go meet them out, but this time was surprise. Driver's name was Andrew and I am thankful for such a good service. Great job Esquire Logistics, will pick you up next time as well!

The driver pulled into a city bus stop to unload out truck. He unstrapped it and then we told him he needed to move his truck and trailer onto our property because he couldn't unload at the bus stop. He tried to move his truck and trailer without strapping our truck down again and the truck fell off his trailer. Popped a tire and did over $1700 worth of damage to the front end of the truck. Now they are ghosting us and are refusing to communicate with me.
