Absolutely deplorable customer service. The man who took my call was extremely condescending and rude. Based on his tone , I cancelled my service request. Take your business elsewhere.

Called my insurance company 4:20pm to get a tow they sent me to THIS company through agero. They told me that my wait time would be hour and a half. Around 5:49 I called the driver to find out his eta. He proceeds to tell me that it will be another 35 mins, that they where busy and trying to play catch up. When he told me that it sent me over the edge (because my mother and I are both waiting in the hot sun in a parking lot. I immediately cancel their service and called chancey’s. Why did chancey’s said that they will be right there to tow my vehicle. I now understand why this company has a ONE star rating. The customer is AWFUL.....never again.

Terrible service!!! Very disrespectful staff. A lady with an accent was so rude and hung up the phone in my face when I explained to her that her driver delivered my car to the wrong location. My car was schedule to go to Abra body shop and for some reason they took it to Chevrolet, left the keys in the car and did not even tell anyone where they left it. She tried to justify that the address was wrong however the address was correct-it even had the name of the place that the car was scheduled to go to. I do not recommend their service. I also called my insurance company to let them know what type of customer service they have-horrible and unprofessional. DO NOT USE!!!!
