The most terrible experience ever. This company and the NYDC nail supply store in agreement towed my car after my friend and I spent over $1200 in merchandise. I spent 5 hours in that store and they both took advantage of us. The tow truck driver who was also in charge was the rudest and most obnoxious person. He was asking me to pay him cash only and was overcharging me.
