My experience with Legacy Auto Carriers was extremely disappointing and was a contract of false promises. I used their service to transport a vehicle from Alberta to Ontario. The pickup of the vehicle was delayed, communication breakdowns were frequent with the operators of the company... I spent great lengths trying to get ahold of the company including having to locate social media accounts to get a response. The delivery of the vehicle was weeks after promised and it was delivered with transportation damage. As someone in the automotive industry, it is disappointing to realize a business such as this one is providing a service with unscrupulous moral principles. Protect yourself and your vehicle and select a different transport carrier.
