This Company could have cared less that I was a stranded motorcyclist. They left me stranded for 5 hours constantly pushing my waiting time back everytime I called. When I finally spoke to someone at their establishment, the woman on the phone was dispassionate about my situation. Telling me others come first. Even though they told my insurance company at 8:30am they would accept the tow and arrive at 10:07am. By 1:45pm they had canceled my tow claiming they had too many calls. And I was just not a call they cared about. A stranded motorcyclist 1,200 miles from home needing to get my bike to a Motorsport repair shop. I’m deeply disgusted with this towing company and how careless they treat their customers. They should have turned down the request for a tow so another tow company could have had the chance to help me. The goal of these companies should be to get stranded motorists where they need to go so they can get back on the road. Not carelessly dangle the “30 minute” carrot in front of them and run down the time clock. Shame on you Benchmark. Shame on you. Poor quality of service and terrible customer relations.

My insurance company connected me to them for roadside assistance and after waiting for 8 hours the corporate office called me to figure out what was happening with my car. They placed me on a three-way call with the tow truck driver named Alex who was assigned to my car. The driver proceeded to call me a fucking bitch multiple times and told me change my own fucking tire (my car is a 2020 that has no spare tire aka hybrid). He then told me to fucking suck it up and wait until Monday to get it picked up and said I was being sensitive and angry because I was an American bitch who didn't understand people from his country. The corporate person then offered a 5 dollar gift certificate to olive garden and asked the driver to do him a favor and pick it up tonight. The driver said the bitch better have some food ready for me to which the corporate person replied that he could have the driver service me sexually when he arrived to relieve my stress. This was a disgusting interaction and lead me to feeling extremely unsafe so I called back my insurance company to get the tow reassigned to a different company and had it taken up the ladder with their service department.

Bad: 1. Was late by more than two hours and we had to constantly ping to know. If you are late, at least set the expectation Terrible: 1. The lady who was dispatcher has no business dealing with people or society in general. Rude and not helpful. 2. Dispatched the wrong sized vehicle despite us telling that the car was in a garage. - This could have been avoided if the dispatcher bother to actually talk to me. Good The tow driver was professional.

NEVER use this company! The dispatcher was terribly rude as well as the driver. It took them 3 hours to get to me and didn’t even apologize. By the looks of past reviews I’m not the only one that thinks this is a terrible company, they don’t even deserve 1 star. Take your business else where.

If I could, you would get ZERO stars. That dispatcher definitely does not need to be working in a position where their emotions are considered more important than the distressed clients. It is pitiful and honestly, if you all have business trouble, just know it starts with that position. Best of luck to all the people I did not interact with and who had no active influence with this moment. I am sorry y'all are caught in the aftermath of this one dispatcher's horrible behavior.

Worst. Experience. Ever. I waited 5 hours for a truck that never showed, after receiving repeated promises that the drive would call, and being told someone would arrive in 60 minutes. When I finally got through to the dispatcher (30 minutes away from the 5-hour window and - not surprisingly - 30 minutes away from the point when they closed for the night) the dispatcher literally screamed and cursed at me and hung up. I have ever, in my 60 years of life, received such terrible and abusive service. This company should not be permitted to operate. DO NOT WORK WITH BENCHMARK TOWING, OR ALLROAD OR ALL ROAD. Same terrible company using three names.

If you care about your own sanity you will cancel all interactions with this business (so far from one, well a reliable one) My Roadside Assistance uses them and when my truck needed to be towed a mile and half to my house Friday Morning I thought no biggie this will be easy...well apparently not easy enough for their driver. He ended up not towing it and making up some lie that we never showed up to meet him with the keys when in fact we were there about an hour before him (we ate at Wendy’s across the street) and we went over a few things concerning the truck ...I guess to much because when we were making sure he had it and we could leave he flipped us some attitude like ..”yeah please do leave” the lady dispatch promised everyday that would be the day my truck would make it that 1.5 miles home yet this is day 5 and I just got off the phone with a different tow company that I hired to do this before the city has my little truck towed as an abandoned vehicle. Their dispatch not only strung me along but also bad mouthed the driver to me twice and a little to in depth for my idea of professional. Day 5 and they now will not answer when they see my number and I guess have decided to not do it and just leave me totally hanging. So remember if You need something done...please do yourself a favor and call someone........else! Seriously!

Was waiting over 2 hours for the tow truck to show up. Called and was told that I was not a priority nor did they bother to call me to update me of the delayed schedule.

Allstate Insurance sent these jokers to tow my wife's car as part of their roadside assistance program. Waited for hours, with no response. Their dispatch lady sounded drunk when we called to inquire about their ETA, then hung up before she could answer any basic questions. They never showed. DO NOT USE this tow company.

Terrible sold car to peddle this company was selected to pick up the car no communication from them for 2 days! Promised to be here both days no missing phone calls from them and lied that they called.
