Driver that picked up my car was beyond rude. 0 social skills. Had my Name spelled wrong and I proceed to fix it because it’s a document.. duh. And he tells me not to fix it. The guy was super sketchy. I went through the SHIP A CAR company and Aniram Inc was my carrier. Driver calls me at 11pm and tells me he will be at my house between 130-230 he shows up at 1259 and is rushing me when I expected later. I was in the process of packing and putting things in my trunk. Which by the way no one ever mentioned that I couldn’t put a few bags in my car. The driver then tells me after I got everything in the trunk that I will have to pay him more money and I told him I didn’t understand what he was meaning and that no one informed me of this and then he tells me to forget about it. He then calls his manager or whoever he reports to and hands me the phone and the guy says I can’t put anything in my car and that his driver said I had over 200lbs I’d stuff in the car which I did not. I have a bag of lotions/ jackets, medicine and a computer monitor and two blankets. I then call my guy from ship a car and he tells me I can have 100lbs of stuff in my car and to put it in the trunk which I did. Meanwhile these two guys from this company are rude and arguing with me saying they needed more money when the money was already agreed upon Before pick up. The guy on the phone hangs up on me. And I had the driver his phone back and he proceeds to tell me forget about it and then drives off with my car.... HIGHLY unprofessional and I will not be using again. I will I could give 0 stars.

Great company to haul your item to transport i had no troubles driver was a great guy working hard and very professional transport team my 2006 sts awd Cadillac showed up no troubles cant Waite to use them again soon thank aniram inc
