Absolutely the worst customer service my family and I have ever experienced. Refused to provide information regarding documentation required to get vehicle released after spouse was in serious accident. We were told we were not entitled to the information and if/when he ever recovered from his injuries he could figure out how to get the vehicle himself. The owner should be incredibly ashamed of himself.
