On July 20th 2021, I was charged $130.22 to tow my car from Charlestown in Boston to a Toyota dealer in Watertown ( a nearby town). The charge was submitted at 1:30 pm. At 3:00 a friend informed me that the car was still in Charlestown and texted me a photo. Toyota also called me to tell me that they had no record of my car being in any of their lots. If they indeed did tow a car and drop it off at Toyota it was not not my car !!! I also informed the Boston Police if they had a report of a missing Prius that day where they could look for it. I have also contacted Swoop Roadside Assist , the company that contracted with them for the tow asking for a complete refund. I finally used Fresh Pond towing for roadside assistance.
