This company is extremely unprofessional. We reached out to them for towing service. THEY scheduled us for a Monday pick up window of 3-8PM. About half way through the pick up window, they had the audacity to say that they weren’t coming anymore, and that suddenly—the earliest they could accommodate us was Wednesday (a day we would be out of town). When we asked why this was, they stated that they had “double-booked” or “over-booked” (whatever—it’s still a failure of planning on their part). We insisted that they come, especially since we (my sister, brother, and I) had cycled through the day (around our work schedules) waiting for this pick up with our elderly father. We protested this change to our appointment. We insisted that they pick up the car on Monday (today) AS THEY PLANNED (instead of telling us that “someone was supposed to call us to reschedule”). At the latest, we said we could do the next day (Tuesday). In response, the employee told one of us via text that they’d be by to pick up the vehicle on Tuesday. Shortly afterwards, they told another one of us via text that “the driver would let us know when they were 30 mins away” (this was on Monday, the day of the original appointment). Ultimately, they never showed up. They ignored several of the calls we made as the 3-8PM time window was ending. By the time they picked up, they told us that they’d come tomorrow (Tuesday) between 3-8PM. As the employee talked, she also tried to minimize and mystify the inconvenience her company had caused by failing to show up. This company wasted our afternoon and evening. They made our elderly father wait all day. Had they told us that they couldn’t make it BEFORE the appointment window, I wouldn’t have found this situation so irritating. But they didn’t. DON’T BOOK WITH ‘A MILLS TOWING COMPANY’ OR THEIR SUBSIDIARY BUSINESS ‘PEDDLE’. They’ll waste your time and be defiantly nonchalant about it.
