Who also goes by big star, I had my car shipped with this company in February 2021..everything went well. Bought new tires prior to shipping. It was shipped to my son almost 3k miles away. Today my son got a flat tire (brand new tires on 1/31) we discovered that the jack, the spare are missing. And 2 of the tires were switched out. No one else has had the car but the shipping company. Never again my son had no reason to check to the tires (I didn't think they would switch them, or steal the spare and the jack) so until he got a flat was this discovered. So pissed. Thiefs. Do not ship with them. If you do check your tires and the jack as soon as it arrives..
