My car was transported from Florida to Colorado. The driver was prompt as he picked up and dropped off the car at the scheduled times and the precise locations. I had damage to my front hood that was documented during the pick up inspection; however, when the car was dropped off, it had several scratches up and down the hood. Of course the company was of no help when this was reported as they said there was damage indicated at pick up. If you use this company, I would make sure they document in great detail what type of damage they spot on your car during the pick up. Because he documented general "damage" to my hood, they want to use that general description to explain the scratches they put on my hood. There is no way a dent and convert into 10 scratches up and down the hood. It looks like my hood has been keyed. I will never use this company again and I would advise you do not either. They are very affordable, but I guess we got what we paid for. I wish I would have paid the extra 200 bucks the other companies were charging because now I have to pay more to see if the scratches can be buffed out or worse have it repainted. I am in the process of filing a claim with their insurance, but I've been on hold for 30 minutes, so I don't have a good feeling about it. Beware!!!!!!!!
