Had to get a new windshield due to this company's lack of business ethics. Watched a large rock come out of their truck and fly into my windshield causing a 4 inch bullseye breaking all the way through windshield. Could have been prevented if they would have taken the simple action of pulling the net installed on the truck down over the stone. Owner refused to take responsibility and says the net gets ripped up by the rocks. Well yeah, because that's what it's for. Owner also said this happens all the time, so he can't take responsibility for other people's vehicles. If it has happened more than once, then that's a problem. I asked for highway patrol to come, due to the drivers highly defensive nature getting out of the truck. Highway patrol says they can't enforce anything as I don't have a dash cam and it's he said / she said, but that I can take them to small claims. Beware of their substandard business ethics and unprofessional handling of situations.
