Bought a car in Austin and had to have it shipped to my house in East Texas and the dealership used this company. The dealership screwed up and gave these guys the wrong address, so they took it to the exact location they were given, but it was an hour's drive from my house. They couldn't bring it to my house because of other obligations to other customers, so they had to leave it where it was. But, even though it was not at all their fault, they offered to reimburse me for what it was going to cost me to have someone drive me to pick up the car. That is top-notch customer service to me. Not only do they take care of their own obligations, they also make sure that their customer's customers are taken care of! A++
