I never had any issues with this person he had moved over 50 cars for us in the past 3 years. He most likely a victim of non paying dispatchers and customers trust me I know I delt with my share

WARNING TO ALL BROKERS AND CLIENTS Warning ...do not use NGU transport. He picked up a vehicle on 11/13 collected $800 from the client on pickup. Kept the vehicle for a month claiming first his axel broke on his truck, then he got a bad check from a broker..was stuck in NY with no money for fuel and no cars to get down to Florida with...we all know there are plenty of cars this time of year. One month of calling him texting and emailing him , it took calling his insurance company and filing a police report against him ..he finally text me he dropped my clients vehicle at the SH train station in NY . This guy is a piece of work and thinks he had done nothing wrong. Apparently after doing research on him ...this was not his first time doing this. I don't know if this is allowed but this is the guy to avoid and the Pictures of his truck. His name is James Lutu aka as Pasala Gebhardt...AVOID AT ALL POSSIBLE COST! PS he also told me he knows where I live and that I should watch myself and my family!

Driver James Lutu showed up and picked up clients vehicle along with $800 in cash. He had the vehicle in his possession over a month . His first excuse was a broken axle on his truck. After another call he said he had received a check from another Broker that bounced and he had no money for fuel to get to Florida. After many calls emails and text to him with no response. I called his Insurance company to try to get a hold of him for me. After filing a Police report against him he responded that he took my clients vehicle and dropped it off at the South Hampton Train Station and put the key over the drivers side tire. He abandoned my clients vehicle. My client then had to get a rental car and I had to find another Carrier to pick up the vehicle and deliver to Florida. . James Lutu also claimed he sent a money order via fed ex to clients home in NY but no money order was received. He is a liar and a thief and this is not the first time he has done this to people.

Stay away from using this company. I had 2 of my vehicles transported from Ny to Florida and only 1 showed up weeks later. It’s now been over a month and the telephone number on the documents goes straight to voicemail and no one ever calls back. This seems to be a scam or VERY BAD BUSINESS! I am going to report my vehicle stolen and I hope no one else falls for this. Stay away!!
