Great company. They haul our Jeep twice a year when we go to and from Florida. They are very accommodating and let us pack items in the Jeep.

We arranged everything clearly and the driver said to deliver 21st but on 20th when I call he said he can not do it till 24th and shouted me after that he give me negative reyting on CD just for calling, I could not contact with him since that because he blocked my number forever. I explained the case to the customer and we are gonna sue him because he is not gonna deliver yet and my customer had to rent a car by paying $150 every day and it going to be more, we are gonna refund the brokerage fee to the customer but if the driver keeps being late the damage of my customer gonna be over $1000, who will be responsible for that,that is ridiculous and the driver rude and unsocial to figure out to get the car to the customer by another driver.

Driver( Robert) is rude and ignorant. doesn't know where he can park and asks your opinion then doesn't take it and makes you drive a mile from the pick up point. He walked away from me in the parking lot he insisted on meeting because he didn't like that I had a conversation about how it's his responsibility to figure out how to get to a destination and not make the customer do his job. So I'm glad he didn't take my car because I certainly would not trust him!

Do not use this carrier he doubled the shipping price with out me knowing he also smashed the windshield in me truck and refused to pay for it he also did not complete the delivery his truck broke down 50 miles from my house i had to go and pick it up i have tried to contact robert many many times with out any response his insurance coverage is inadequate to cover the damage it was a nightmare i would not have given him any stars except it wouldnt let me post this message 0 stars is what he deserves
