I have been driving for almost 40 years and have never had such phenomenal service. The first 5 companies dispatched by our insurance company were awful - some never showed up after we waited an hour or more, two brought a tow truck despite clearly being told a flatbed was needed, and another was annoyed at being woken up despite claiming to offer 24-hour service. At 2:30 in the morning after being on the side of the road with my son for 5-6 hours on my birthday, we called Elite 7 Towing. Ray showed up with a smile 30 minutes after we called and towed the car outside of the service area for a better rate than I have ever been charged. We highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again if needed, only this time, Elite 7 will be the first place we call for help!

Would not suggest using this towing company at all. If your insurance provider suggest using them then tell them to find someone else. The Person on the phone tried to charge us $130 which we Then told them wasn’t right because insurance should cover all but about $10 then he changed it to $32 than proceeded to say $30 and stated that they don’t provide receipts.. sketchy. We were also stuck on the side of the highway for over an hour before they said that they were finally in route. I understand that they have other calls too but then We were told it would be 30 minutes then after that passed we were told it would be at least another 40. We ended up calling a reliable company who arrived in about 25 minutes and provided a receipt.

Very disappointed with the lack of customer service and rude treatment we got last night from Elite 7. Waited over 4 hours for tow truck, after being given 2 arrival times. No truck arrived either time. After questioning why service did not arrive, was asked by one employee, “what do you want me to do?”. Called another company, who sent someone out quickly.

Ray and Elite7 Towing were amazing. They were a God send when my family and I got stranded at 2am. The level of customer service, rapport, and empathy was impeccable! They made an unfortunate incident more tolerable. Thank you so much!
